Nice! How much did it end up costing just for the swap/parts?

Yo just a question, why do you leave the plastic pieces on the the terminals, instead of taking them off and using shrink tube and soldering the connections? It offers a way better finish. It does look like a nice swap though.

Looks good.

Try sticking the air filter over where the voltage regulator used to be.
You can build a little box to seal off against the fender and take out the seal between the core support and fender for lots of cold air supply.

Nice swap but DAMN I hate the looks of the truck intake. Why not just throw on a LS1 intake for $75?

What was the hood clearance like? Or does the Camaro have the cowl induction hood? Very nice.

it has a cowl hood, but that doesnt add any clearance because the cowl isnt cut out on the bottom side, it just has a flat hood on the underside, i still had about 1/4" from the alt to the hood

Thanks for the quick reply. Visually when I look at a truck intake it doesn't look like any way it would be able to fit, but I'm glad you verfied it for me. That helps when trying to save some coin and hassle on the conversion.

Can you tell us/we this info please?
What plates did you use and were they 1" setback plates or less?
How close is the passenger side head to the firewall?
What headers did you use?
Doesn't your pan hang pretty low below the crossmember?
What tranny and tranny crossmember did you use, make or fab up?
What fuel pump lines setup?
