does it work with tuned cars like cammed cars?and
does it fit a regular sized slp lid?

its a direct replacement for a vette, if the car has already been tuned i would call your tuner to make sure - if youre converting from the separate 3-pin MAF and 2 pin IAT it would definately need to be tuned.
