Off road y pipe more ground clearance than catted y?

Off road y pipe more ground clearance than catted y? Will an off road y pipe offer more ground clearance than a catted y pipe? I have a catted y pipe now and was going to install my stock springs because of the lack of ground clearance but would consider a off road y if it will give me a bit more.
