Default Dyno tuning question

Hello- recently had my engine -LS3 418 Stroker built by extreme horsepower solutions in Texas. Engine advertised rating based on build specs-575 flywheel HP. Owner Arvil emailed results on dyno 459 RWHP/ 508 RWTRQ. This is on break in oil. 116 HP gap? Can someone enlighten me? Seems like quite a gap I thought theirs only a 30% loss from flywheel to rear wheel? Thank you

You know 30% of 575 is 172 right? Ask your tuner how conservative the tune is, could be taking it easy during break-in. Could be a low reading dyno as well, I wouldn't focus too much on those numbers man, focus on the ones that count(ET), the dyno is nothing more than a tuning tool.

Maybe I don't understand your question and I don't mean to be a smart-*** but 30 percent of 575 is around 172.5. Your loss is about 20.1 percent.
