San Antonio Raceway tuesday and wednesday I thought I would let you guys know that I will be at San Antonio Raceway this Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll be testing a client's ProMod along with several other teams from out of state.
We'll be making the first hits on a new BAE 526" Hemi / twin 88mm ProMod turbos. The car is a 1968 Camaro that Tim McCamis built back in 2010. If everything goes as planned we'll shake it down Tuesday and get it up to speed that evening or Wednesday morning. This rig should run deep in the 3.7s conservatively. The combination has been faster in a heavier car.
After the testing, we'll ease over to Houston to try and qualify in the ridiculously competative new ADRL class called "ProMod". Basically that is the ADRL camps answer to the NHRA Pro Mod class. So if you follow either series you know how fast and sick these cars are!
If you guys can make it out to the track be sure to stop and say hey!
