Im looking at going with the Fast 102 intake and t/b combo I haven't decided on a head yet. The car hardly is ever driven so gas mileage and all is irrelevant. Don't mind a choppy idle just looking for 50-600 out of the build. Is there a head cam combo that would work best with that intake? thanks a lot guys sorry for the ignorance to the LS motors Ive spent years building a lot of modular fords but finally got my hands on an 01 vette.

So you're looking for 500-600 rwhp? Do you have a 6-speed? Might want to try a T-rex cam, but idk if that will put you in that hp range without some good heads.

T Rex cam or Tsunami cam with some really good heads and other supporting mods.

whats your budget ?look at vengeance racing or Texas speed for a great head/cam combo.or get some cnc trick flows heads and a EPS cam.check the dyno section for power combos.if you have the cash talk to Tony Mamo from air flow research about heads/cams,and a ported fast intake.

To make 500 rwhp out of an n/a ls1 is hardly gonna happen but can with the proper stuff... A 402+ci motor would make 500rwhp easy through a 6 speed. I have a friend with a 402 that makes 551 in his vette
