Default Tach mounting ideas

Not sure if this is the right place for this post or not but... I have an autometer sport comp 3 3/4" pedistal mount tach and am trying to find a good place to mount it. I've never liked them dash mounted on 4th gens I dont know why. Anyone have a tach mounted somewhere other than the dash pics would be great. Thanks in advance.

Mine is mounted just behind the steering wheel.
The outer part of the wheel is supported by a bow-tie support, which is connected to the inner steering hub. This allows me to get a good look at the tach.
However, I have a '67. I'm not familiar with your wheel, but I wanted to present the idea.
