Default Steering Pump 2nd return block off?

There are 2 returns to the steering pump, and my Jeep Wrangler only needs the feed and the first return. I'm not sure what the pressure is in the return, but is there a recommendation on how to block it off?

Thanks!

If you can, the best thing to do would be to braze or weld it shut

This is the reservoir , right? You should use the lower return port first of all. There would be no pressure as it is a return line. You can just cap it with anything from a rubber/plastic cap and clamp. But if you feel the need, you can use something a little more stronger.

The other port is used in HydroBoost Brakes setups.
