Corvette Performance - INFO Needed! 07 Z06 STS! Twin Turbo fr Chicago area

There is a guy local to me selling an AO 2007 Z06 with an APS twin turbo kit and I am looking for more info on the build and supporting mods since he knows little about it.

Current owner is claiming 800hp. Car has very low miles <15000, is a 2LZ I believe (NAV & HUD, but no leather on dash or door panels). Car is sitting on black Z06 rims. He bought the car less than a year ago in Chicago so I am hoping to talk to someone who may know more about this Z06.

Going to see it in person tomorrow, but I would sure like to talk to the shop/person who built it before I pull the trigger and pick up my first Vette.

If it's a turbo'd Z06 and came from Chicago there's a very good chance Speed Inc. did the build. Car sounds familiar but there are a lot of stupid fast Vettes around here.

Okay, I found it, I asked the seller and he said it was an APS kit, but it actually an STS kit:
