I had been planning to move to Plano. But now my company might have me move to Ft. Worth instead. Is Ft Worth as nice as the Plano area?

lets face it, no place in DFW is quite like the plano area. parts of ft worth are nice, but not near up to the status of plano. went to a mcdonalds there, in the front seating section all of the walls were glass, the tables all had roses on them and were mahogony wood, there were small chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, and the list goes on.... & this is @ a micky d's. . what are people thinking?? definitely good for a laugh, though.... plano's standard of living is much higher than any suburb of DFW by FAR.

Texas itself is right in tornado alley so no getting away from them I stay in Arlington, it's nice "sleeper town" pretty residential, have anywhere from million dollar homes to welfare homes but no projects yet. We have one of those McDonalds that SSTAR was talking about about .3 mi. from my house, those mcdonalds that are getting remade are not franchise they're corporate

I live in Mansfield which is i like right next to Arlington. Lots of stuff to do around here. There seems to be a drag strip no matter where you go.

Hey 01 SuperSlow, where in Kalifornia do you live, seems like quite a few people are moving to Texas now. California laws suck. And they are only getting worse. There's almost no reasonable ways top get around it...............Well, looks as if the Texas will be recieving a few more Black SS cars, huh?

I'm from Arlington, but I'm in the USAF, so I don't live here anymore. Anywa, I'm here for 2 weeks visiting family and friends, and I have noticed a SHITLOAD of cops in south arlington recently. I still go street racing though and just watch for cops. I don't have a radar detector either though... so if you have one, it would be easy stuff. Just stay away from I-20 in the Arlington area for racing. Go on I-30 instead, but still be careful. Good luck man!
