Default Need some suggestions on a quick spooling twin setup for a 4.8

Ok I am in process of putting a 4.8 in my 52 studebaker starlight commander.
I want to go forced induction, but I am not going crazy big HP.

I am aiming between 400-450 hp engine.
I am running a 4l60e (not to worried about it breaking since car is only 3000lbs, and not a sticky tire car.
The only other mod I am making to up HP is a 04z06 cam, with propper supporting mods.

Due to engine bay, and wanting to run exhaust through the side of the cars body, a twin setup is preffered.

I am looking to have something that will spool fast since this is a DD.
I was thinking getting 2 turbos off a WRX or something like that.

Input please.

center section: oil cooled journal bearings

Turbine wheel: 68 trim (stage1)
Turbine housing .48 a/r (.63 a/r upgrade available for 280+ HP)
