from exactly what you have down was my firrst mod-bolton! i had a tune with it also and made 352rwhp and 344rwtq....it felt great, although i do agree....ditch that exhaust and bellow. id also say the y pipe too the headers will be fine for now...

you can save 200$+ on this btw...id only do headers, y, and a catback (not LM)..i wouldnt waste 200 on ram air..and that bellow i got for 10$ on classified..intake gaskets are reusable and O2 extensions are for 30$ i dont see why you would spend all that money. you could get a tune instead or LS6 intake..

Im going to say your mod list is very good, excellent start. The only thing I really dislike on your list is the loudmouth cat-back... I wouldn't even run that exhaust if you paid me. Here is what I would do....
Headers: http://www.texas-speed.com/p-3516-te...e-headers.aspx
ORY: http://www.texas-speed.com/p-293-tex...ad-y-pipe.aspx
Cat-back: http://www.speedinc.com/cont.cfm?cid=C0000039
Cut-Out: http://www.speedinc.com/cont.cfm?cid=C0000581
Ram Air: http://www.speedinc.com/cont.cfm?cid=C0000984

Obviously you do not have to use the vendors I linked above as most will have similar prices, but that is the kind of items I would get. Oh and I didn't link you to it but I think the plug and play o2 extensions are a good idea... and a GM MLS header gasket will work. You can re-use your stock header bolts. Also as someone else said above, motor mounts would be a nice addition, though they are a PITA to install! Here is a link to the motor mounts: http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...-motor-mounts/

I would recommend that you go to Youtube and hear some LM clips with the ORY. The LM was really designed for stock exhaust cars, (manifolds and cats), and through cats, and doesn't sound that bad. But with an ORY, any exhaust you put on will be louder, but it gets obnoxious with a LM.

Thanks guys. I think im going to go with a quiet exaust so i can make it loud when i want with the cut out. What is a cheap good flowing catback that isnt crazy obnoxious?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have the Borla adj and don't like it. My number one dislike about it is how the passenger side exhaust tip sounds different than the drivers side. It has more rasp/cackle. Because its basically a straight exhaust tip. The sound that goes through muffler and out drivers side sounds good and deep. Also when I had exhaust manifolds and Borla wide open plate my car dyno'd 312rwhp...Even with the wide open plate I opened my cutout and gained like 7rwhp and 12ftlbs. Second gripe is the tips. I want to switch to a magnaflow ?quad? tip(one with 2 tips on each side.) catback...
I've got those old dyno results if someone wants to see them. I'll post'em
