Default Exhaust squeak driving me crazy help *video*

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C92dhN0zeB8

There's the video I took of my car last night with a friend. I was under the car Pushing up on the car. And it make this sound. Everytime I hit a little bump in the road or go over a speed bump I hear this sound. I am not sure if it is the cutout I'm not sure how it would be making this sound or if it's suspension related. Yes I'm pretty sure my cutout hits the car when I hit bumps which also drives me crazy but that is more of a thud/clunk kind of sound. Any thoughts that might help either of these problems guys?

i cant point out what it is, but it isnt the exhaust. i think it is making a "squeak" not a "clunk". it is something in you rear suspension. either the control arm bushings need to be greased or the sway bar endlinks
