Default Jp Roller Chain has no dot?

So I am putting my motor together, it has a JP double roller chain. The cam sprocket has a dot on it but the crank does not.

The crank sprocket has the timing advance numbers. I put the keyway on the O degree slot. Now how to you line up the dots when there arent any? Do you just line up O degrees?

So on my crank gear, there are 2 zero degree marks, One where the keyway holes are , this one I have at zero. Then there are numbers on the teeth, I just line this zero up with the dot?

I just want to make sure I am correct before I button it up.

You should have a zero marked key way and then a zero mark on a tooth probably 3 teeth to the left of the key way. I just went through this with a rollmaster
