Is this what you are looking for
http://www.chpnationals.com
Thanks Rob but it looks like the "Pricing & Schedule" is not available yet, per website. I was wondering what time the event begins on Friday. This will determine whether I drive down to GA on Thursday night or Friday morning. Hope to see you there.

I was about to ask the same thing. Tree'd me
I know a lot of LS guys who are very excited about this event. Just a suggesstion for those who are promoting this event: You might want to think through how you are going to open the gates at noon on Friday and get hundreds of cars and trailers parked, registered, and teched in and then begin to test and tune by 1pm. My suggesstion is to do an online registration and also open the gates at 8am on Friday so the racers can get parked and teched by 1pm. Thanks alot for giving us LS racers a place to race.

I believe those are CHP specific classes, not part of the LSX Challenge Series.

You could also do what they did at Bradenton on Wed. Steve and his woman drove to each trailer and collected there entrance fee. Then a decal was placed on the windshield to indicate that you were paid. Entering on Thursday was quick.
As DBN stated, opening the gates an hour before test N tune will not work. How will you be able to park, unload, tech and then get to the lanes before 5pm? That would be a challenge.
Here is another thought if you have people paying in the waiting area. Mark there windows in the order they arrive. You would be surprised to how many people arrive the morning and try to sneak around the line. I know Steve nipped that in Bradenton.

Yeah hate line cutters. We paid before gates opened that really expedited stuff.

Yes, Hybrids will be allowed. GM powered in another brand x body is permitted.

^^^ This!
Waiting in that line at Indy last fall was the worst thing ever... And yes something should be done about it. Early entries and two lines for participants to get in the gates will help a lot.

I agree 100%.I was able to get into the track in Indy,set-up,register and tech in on Thur. and this was a big help.If all of us that did that on Thur. would have had to wait until Friday,it would have been a 5 to 6 wait in line just to pay and get into the track.Theres no reason not to open up on Thur.
There will be alot of talk about this race, before and after the fact. I hope to hear positive talk about how great a race it was and not what a cluster it was. As many of you racers have experienced in the past, sitting in line at the gate, registration, and tech for hours is not a good way to start a race weekend regardless of the outcome.

We are aware of the gate issues that we experience in Indianapolis last year and have been working with Lucas Oil Raceway to take steps to have a better plan for the Finals at this years event.
Just a small reminder the CHP Nationals will not have Pro Street, NPS, SS 10.5W, MS, OC, NSS, NMC, EFI, DR, XS, and all the other classes that make up the NMCA.
The line at the gate in Atlanta should move just as smoothly as it did last year for those of you who were apart of the NMCA\LSX event in 2011.
The CHP Nationls event will feature Drag Radial, Real Street, All Motor, LSX Rumble, 5th Gen Camaro, 3 Bracket Classes(Electronics, No Electronics, and ET Street), True Street, and 2 exhibition classes (X275 1\8mile and Pro Mod 1\8 mile)
We normally are prepared to open the gates at least one hour before the scheduled time and sometimes 2 hours early on the opening day of the event. The noon time open will logistically be a 11 or 10:30

Need to find an LS car (Firebird, Camaro, Corvette) for this race. I missed Bradenton and need to hit this one in order to be in the points for Index Rumble.

The line at the last weeks NMCA event in Atlanta moved very well. The parking was also very quick and smooth.
Thanks to all that made it possible.

I see you found this pretty quick.
If he would have had a little more notice I think he could have made it. I do like the idea though, I think it could be a BIG LSx class!!!!
