Fueling & Injection - Fuel pump question

I am planning on hitting 1000 to the wheels on a turbo project running E85, I have an aeromotive 1000, will this be enough pump or do i need to upgrade?
Running 160# injectors.

bump also what size lines should i use, is there a hat that i can buy to go straight to the tank from the pump?
