Generation IV Internal Engine - LS2 build (need advice)

i have a '99 Z28 has 150,00 and the piston rings are shot. so i ordered a 6.0 aluminum block. theres an '03 cobra runnin around talking alot of shit and i really would like to make him STFU. thinking of stock crank,forged pistons and rods, ported 243 heads LS6 intake....really would like to do a 200 shot but could settle for 150. never really build a motor but would like advice on what combos to go with and yall's thoughts. thanks and im not trying to build a drag car. just a street car with a little bang

LS3 heads/intake are better. 200 shot will be fine.

You wont be able to run a huge cam, but do your research is you go with the ls3 top end. Donkey dick aggresive cams dont do well.

Was think a .600 lift cam

Its not so much about lift as it is duration and overlap.

What are some good pistons to go with?
