Default Eps 226/230

I'm getting ready to order this cam from eps 226/230 113 and I was just needing to know what valve springs I would need...any results from someone running this cam would be appreciated...also ordering timing chain, oil pump, circle d 3200 and trans cooler....anything else I might need ?

I would do some PAC 1218 springs with that set up. Also, I personally would do a flexplate upgrade since stock suck but that's just my .2.

I have this cam on a 114+3. Normal bolt ons 3.42's and a 3600 Vig. 3525 race weight. Ran time in the sig with a posi on the way out. Car has more in it, but I haven't been to the track yet this year.

I picked up 52rwh w/ this cam. I would suggest the Pac 1518 springs as Geoff & Pat G recommended to me. Awesome cam....you'll enjoy it.

Better get yourself some gears too. 3.73's would compliment that cam nicely.

I have that same cam and use PAC 1518s. Since you'll have it all apart you might consider an underdrive pulley as well.

Another vote for the PAC 1518's

Had them a couple years with no problems.

I would guess (taking into consideration you have full bolt on's) you will net another 30+ rwh. You won't see the gains a M6 will since it's a A4. Go with the Pac 1518's. Plenty of spring for that cam. Sound wise, your exhaust will play a big roll in how it sounds. I'm running the magnaflow w/ no cats and it sounds healthy. Not overly loud nor raspy. Like others have mentioned above, look into a powerbond UD pulley. Texas Speed sells them.

Awesome cam. You'll love it. Drives until stock then takes off at 3k! No bucking or anything. Spring choices suggested are good.

It has a little bit of lope. To be honest I wish I had gone with something a little bigger - maybe a 226/234-112 or 230/234-112. Especially since I just put in a new rear with 4.10s.

Thank's for all the input I will go with the PAC 1518..now I've just been trying to get me together a list of all the other parts, so I can try to get this stuff ordered next week...to many choices.
