Default kaboom

so went to the local strip today. had some traction issues since i was on street tires. but damn when they hook they hook!, and leaving at 3k when they hook is not a good idea. it resulted in this!

Ouch! You still only have the mods in sig?

I'm surprised it just snapped like that. Did you dump or slip the clutch?

Makes me scared to go back to the track lol.

yea just mods in sig and i dumped it. prolly shoulda slipped it since it was starting to hook

Better a drive shaft than a rear....Sounded good in the burnout box though

A friend of mine has done that twice on his bolt on car (1 of those times was on the street shifting 1-2) and another friend has done it once.

The stock driveshaft is inadequate IMO. If I owned a fbody it would be one of the first bolt ons I did.
