98AstroLS1

I have a 98 Astro with a 99 LS1 from a Trans Am. I am prostreeting my Astro and plan on a custom built fuel cell.
With the LS1 motor, I was able to use stock tank & pump, with a Mallory regulator. With the pro street and wanting my exhaust to exit both side of van, stock tank will not work.
I plan to have a aluiminum fuel cell to fit in the very back, between the frame rails and a crossmember. I want to keep it below the floor and not hang below bumper. It will be 36 inches long, 10 inches wide and 9 inches deep.
I bought a Trick Flow pump. I will use 6 an braided line with stock filter and the Mallory regulator.
Questions:
Is the return line high pressure and need high pressure line?
Do I need a vent in cell?
Probably stupid question, but a sump would probably be a good idea?
Any help or suggestions would will greatly appreciated.
