h/c install... now high MAP at low RPM, lower map at high.
We just finished up a H/C install in an ls6 CTS-V, and there's an issue prior to tuning it. We connected the HP tuner box and started getting readings, and found that the MAP reading is in the mid 90s at idle, and went down when revving it. I initially snapped the snout off the first MAP sensor, so went and replaced it. The new map is in the intake, the old one is broken, and they read the exact same way when either is plugged in, whether in the intake or not. Here's the list of parts:
