Drag Racing Tech - Please Help with Suspension

Please help us figure out the suspension issue with the camaro. It has LCA relocations brackets that are currently in the lowest position, tubular LCAs, a panhard rod bar, a UMI torque arm and an air bag in the right rear spring that is set at 20 psi in the pic. The front sway bar is still attached. As you can tell (if the pic works) the rear of the car will raise a good six to eight inches while setting on the converter.
Is there something sat up wrong or should it be raising up this much?

Pic too small.

I resized the pic. Hopefully it works better now.

It has a 3000 stall PTC converter in it. In the pic he was holding it at about 2500 rpm.

With the lca in the lowest hole on the relocation bracket and what looks like a stock height car it's causing a bunch of anti-squat. Whats happening is the suspension is trying to shove the tires into the pavement causing the car to lift. Its not a bad thing but too much can be just as bad as not enough. You can try moving the lca up a hole it should help.

Thanks for the input Chikn305, we will give it a shot. Anybody else got any other ideals? How much air pressure should be ran in the air bag??

Very simple answer but may help a great deal.
If it were me, Lower the Race Weight, Up the Converter Stall.
But if I read correctly you actually did not state what the issue was. Bogging/Spinning? Whats the 60 Foot, mods. Any videos?

On a well prepped track it will hook and run 1.60 -1.70 60 foot times, but on lesser tracks it will spin badly. Someone else took the pic that I showed and I had never noticed it lifting the rear up that much, therefore I was thinking that that might have been the issue of it not hooking.

So the car is setup in the case where track prep is good, it runs well but get to a shitty track your not consistant?

It raising in the back isnt a bad thing. On a lesser track you need to lighten the hit on the tires. This is where a D/A rear shock will do wonders.

IMO I would set my car up for the worst conditions that you can experience so you can factor out unknown track conditions.
The term coined to me "To make it hook in a snow filled parking lot" comes to mind. So its not so much lessening the hit but rather harnessing what power you make.

and General Weight transfer.
Getting that Front sway bar should be your first priority, its binding the travel and not optimal for 1/4 mile conditions. Again not sure on your mods for power level but air bag may not be needed. Its one of those test and tune things. Try to take out some un needed weight to just see, and removing front sway. Play with the air bag and see what it yields.

That is correct. Consistancy is the name of the game around here, where bracket racing is about the only game that is played.

So what I would do is find the track that tends to be the worst and setup/tune for that track and when you get to good tracks your fine and when you come back to the crappy ones, you wont be falling off nearly as much as others.
There are people far better than me to tell you exactly what to do but this should give you direction.
