OK I have a question, I have a engine harness out of a 03 express van which is Blue and Green connectors, Is it possible to repin that harness to a 02 f-body Blue and Red, and if so how can I make that harness fit a 04 harness

Sorry let me refraze my question how can I make a late model harness fit a early model harness, Blue-green harness to a Blue -Red PCM?

Get the wiring diagrams for both and move the pins to the right locations in the pcm plugs

Yes it is possible with both wiring diagrams.
You also need to cut the plastic tab a little to make the connector fit into the PCM.
