PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Tuning a tuned pcm

I have a 5.3 swaped into and older car and it has been tuned with efi live. Now I want to do more to the engine. Can the pcm be tuned with hp tuners.

Absolutely...assuming the PCM is not "Tuner Locked".
