Generation IV External Engine - LQ4 with LS3 top end coil relocation

I am building a LQ4 with a LS3 top end. My question is, can I use the stock coils by relocating them? or will they work as they are? Any info would be helpful.

my lq4 valve covers bolted to the ls3 heads. it looks really ugly with the factory coils bolted up but it works

i'm using the valve covers & coils i had from my 5.3L on my L92 heads as well. did have to dremel out the "baffles" on one of them to clear the offset rockers, but nothing you'd see visually once installed.
