Negative Trader Feedback - Beware WonbadZ28

Short story:

I sold him a cutout, he said it didnt work, I refunded the money, and he still has yet to return it.

Also this was 3 months ago, and I have a -1 trader rating from this... I got somewhat of a raw deal here I think.

It's a shame you can't handle these things like real men and trust someone's word. It either didn't work due to not working or installer error. Probably still on the car. Or it works fine and you got ripped off. I never refund money until the part is back in our hands. Then you can see what happened to it, if it indeed doesn't work, or if it still works you can make them send you money for shipping to return it to them. The fact you refunded the money and got slapped with a -1 just goes to show the type of person you are dealing with. Some people just suck.

I vote mods remove this man's -1 rating ! Or I will give him two lol not really but seriously :)

Lessons were taught here on both ends. For all concerned, the cut outs will be sent out tomorrow or Friday. After the cost of re-shipping I am going to be the one out of money on this deal which sucks. The whole deal sucks on both ends and I apologize for the delay in returning the item promptly. Just glad you made it right. I also put a positive feedback on your trader rating stating you made good on the deal despite my delay.

Well at least I'm getting it back if you didnt spend these MONTHS looking for an inoperable cutout LOL. Oh well I will post when this arrives. Thanks to those who took time to post here and help to force the return.

A fed ex tracking # was pm'ed to op for all concerned parties.

I can attest for the cutout not working and him purchasing new ones on this... He's just a slacker on not sending them back

I disagree with your statement. What lesson did the seller learn? Not to sell on here anymore? He took care of business and refunded you rather quickly.

It took him months as well to originally refund the money, and he did not refund until AFTER the fact I made post similar to this one and gave him a negative trader rating. So neither of us are in the right. Had I have gotten working equipment in the first place this would have never happened. Another buyer also had an issue with a faulty unit.

And I am out the money it took to re-ship it.



NONE THE LESS, the issue has since been resolved, the broken item was sent back and the op should have it today or tomorrow.

From what I recall, you ordered this part in November, installed it in December, made your thread on January 5 and he refunded your money on January 6 (after admitting that he had very limited access to the internet). You, on the other hand, took 5 months to return the part (and only after someone called you out on it).

All worthless, since he can just create another account. You can only hope he learned his lesson and be careful in your transactions. As long as the community self polices like this it will help to deter this kind of behavior.

He can just log on somewhere else. Ive posted in this thread from at least 2 IP addresses today. Ban all of them, Ill make another account and start posting from my phone on the AT&T network since it will have a different IP. You cant truly ban a person from the site. It only really hurts if you have been on here a long time and lose all your rating, and posts. Like if I was to get banned.

Yeah it did not take me months to issue a refund. You didn't give me a chance to respond before you contacted paypal, created your post, and gave me a negative feedback. I am sorry but you are trying to justify this lengthy return time and there is not justification. Thank you for finally returning this but no I do not feel as if I owe you an apology or anything like that. Also FWIW I wouldn't have spent so much money on shipping a faulty part back. You must have missed the USPS flat rate commercials. The fed-ex 12x9 let us pack it for you route was a bit much.
