Default Most Power Ever Made with a TC series?

As the title states..... I haven't made huge power with one, so that's not what this is about. I'm looking to find out just how far that 68mm F1 turbine wheel has been pushed. I don't care if your car is 4 cyl, 6, or 8. Put down your WHP, transmission, and combo. This is for a single, not twin application.

My specs are :

TC76 .96 OC
640whp through an unlocked auto.
26psi - 35 psi backpressure
pump + meth.

Thanks for participating!

engine size is definitely a factor here on the turbine flow... so it should be listed. what size is your motor anyway?

I made 650 through an unlocked 4l80e/4wd at 15 psi. The dyno shop didn't have very good fans, so my iat's were a little high. This is on my 365" stock head 218/218/112 isky cam on e85.

689 rwhp , load dyno. 383 , m6 , tc 78 1.32 ar, 16 psi boost.
Lots of wheels spin on the dyno, so conservative figure.

Since fitted a t76 thumper, same exhaust wheel and 1.32 ar housing but 76 compressor wheel and much bigger comp housing with 3" outlet an it hits much harder, no numbers yet..

Forged 348 15.5psi through locked auto and 9 inch. 675whp at 17 degrees timing pump gas. Its a great little turbo but be prepared to shift early, only made power to about 5100rpm, but it comes on very fast with little to no lag

thanks guys! Keep them coming.

I'm really surprised about the thumper hitting harder. I made that 640 on a E cover (2" outlet) and then upgraped to a 60 series cover (2.5" outlet) with pretty much no change at all.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how much BP drops with the new 76 turbine wheel for everyone.

Mas, that's a lot of power through that turbine wheel. Mind sharing specs of motor/combo?

The thumper has a smaller 76mm billet compressor wheel, quite a bit lighter than the TC78s pressed wheel, thats why it spools quick and hits harder and the freer flowing comp housing is helping the top end flow.
