wait are you saying that they are snugged/torqued down, there is no play between the push rod and the rocker nor is there any play between the tip of the valve and the rocker. but your wondering if the slight side to side movement that your feeling is normal?

if the movement is ever so slight and the valve is fully closed then yes you should be able to wiggle the stock rocker side to side a tiny bit even when torqued down

No they don't have any issues with the pin's. is it cammed? are you sure you have the correct length pushrods in? are you sure its not an exhaust leak at the manifold?

Did you follow the rocker installation procedure in the service manual? There will be some side to side motion with the valve closed, however there were also issues with the stock rockers losing needle bearings. This might be the source of your noise and if there is unreasonable movement of the rocker missing bearing would explain that as well.

Search trunion on here. If its cammed you may just be hearing the sewing machine sound.

Could also be that the pushrods are too short as mentioned by another poster.

Need some more info on the car. Is it stock or modded?
