If you can get a fuel pressure gauge on there and watch what it does as you crank, that will help diagnose.

For whatever reason, for about the first month I was running the racetronix setup, the fuel pressure would quickly bleed off after the pump cycled (in fact I think I posted a thread about this years ago, and the consensus was the racetronix check valve didn't work that well). If the car sat overnight, I would have to turn the key once to prime it, cycle it off, and then turn the key again to fire it right up, otherwise it would take a hair longer to crank. But even not doing that the crank time wasn't excessive, just longer then was typical with the factory pump. Surprisingly enough, the problem mysteriously went away after a month or so. 5 years later, the racetronix is still working flawlessly.

Where is this support forum? I am in the middle of my install and I have only a one wire ground off the fuel pump, is this new? The instructions say two black wires going to the ground, but mine only has one on the racetronix unit. Thanks

Junk got into your fuel system which hung up the check-valve, bypass valve or regulator. It was purged and caught in your filter.

How do you check these items to make sure their is no junk and evade any possibility

Clean the tank.
Replace filter.
Do not allow any dirt to get into pump pickup.

Reason #1 to drop the tank to clean it when replacing.

I can't drop my tank what options do i have of cleaning the tank??

Also how can I check for proper clean lines and to make sure the pick up tube works as well as the lines are getting proper fuel?? can you prime the pump manually?
