I have 4 titanium bolts broken in the barrel of my wheel and cannot get them out. I bought a bolt extraction kit but still couldn't get them. There is no access to them from the bottom, just the top. Anyone have any suggestions? Or know anywhere I can take it to have them pulled out for me?

Post a picture to give us a better idea of the situation.

The only way I pull bolts out anymore as long as they are flush is weld a washer to it, then a nut on top of the washer. Unfortunately since its titanium you may need to have it TIG welded. Post a pic so we know what you are talking about though.

plasma cutter.
you can drill through them it will just take a while and you need to spray something on it so the bit doesnt heat up to much

Well the wheel has been at the shop for a few days now. They tried to weld a nut on top but still couldn't get the broken bolts out. The barrel is now at a machine shop getting drilled out

So almost 2 months later I picked up the barrel and the machine shop was unable to get the 4 bolts out. I don't know what machine shop it was cause I took it to my wheel shop and they sent it out. Anyone recommend a place that I should try?

Call Jim Durish at 310-324-4446 in Gardena. He has an EDM machine and should be able to get those out (he's as good as they come as at this sort of problem). Ask him about his multiple visits to a local Bugatti dealer to salvage some VERY expensive Veyron parts.
