New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - 2000 vette ac problems

My ECM was flashed to work with the engine mods. The a/c works, but only occasionally. Once it cuts off, no cold air and the ac oindicator goes off. The GM dealer states that he cannot run diagnostics with out flashing the ECM, and that so doing may have disatrous results.

Can anyone recommend a solution(s). I live in the South and the heat is TOO MUCH.

hmmm....may not be an ecm issue. i'm almost wondering if it's just a new issue, unrelated to the flashing of the pcm??
