2001 ls1 fitment in 98 camaro Not sure if this is the right section but here it goes. My last post was about my 98 SS being vandalized, well insurance is paying for a new longblock. problem is the GM 1998 long block has been discontinued but they still have 2001-2002 for the same price some say this will bolt up some say no they wont. As far as I know only real difference is the casting of the block internally. I dont care about cam and heads they will be replaced just want to make sure it will bolt up with no problems because you cant return it . help me out here if you can.
