Paint & Body Work - Replacing/Reparing quarter panels? Anyone?

Bought my Z from my brother. He loved to get drunk and wreck into stuff so now I'm left with replacing the quarter panels.

How do you go about this? Is it cheaper to get a shop to do the body work or should I try and replace the panels? Im very new to body work so any knowledge is encouraged and appreciated.

this he said some detailed pics would help alot, if your new to body work replacing quarter panels isnt an easy task but id be willing to walk you through it considering i do it quite a bit at work and just recently did one on my firehawk
