Manual Transmission - T56 install issues...

Anyonoe have tips on gitting a t56 back in... Im having trouble getting the splines on the clutch to line up with the imput shaft... Im working alone so that dosnt help matters...

make sure the trans is in neutral so you can spin the output shaft. if im doing it myself i put the drive shaft into the trans to give me better grip so i can hold the trans and spin it to get it to line up.

i did mine alone . balanced it on a floor jack,put the trans in gear to spin main shaft. and just kinda worked it in . you have to mess with it but be careful also put a thin film of grease on the alignment dowels so they dont seize.
