Does procharger oil fill need to be exactly at 12 o'clock

Does procharger oil fill need to be exactly at 12 o'clock Was clocking my d1sc and I can only get the oil fill to about the 12:30-1:00 position, is this acceptable? or does the dipstick need to be perfectly vertical?

I don't see a problem with it being at the 12:30/1:00 position. Bob
