Default Hand ported 243's. Pics and flow sheets

Heads are low miled off of a 01 Z06. Will be running Manley valves w/ them.

i think you have the sheet listed wrong.

a cly head shop did that?

When you flow tested them did they give any data to show that all ports are flowing relatively the same. That's what I would be worried about with a hand port?

just make sure they are all flowing evenly, since it was hand ported

Default head porting

these heads were flowed by jewels schonberger of philadelphia racing engines. a very close friend of mine. he is very knowledgable in race engines.

Well I think all they would do is compare the flow rates of both heads after porting... Id imagine its never exact but for someone that knows what there doing its probably close...or close enough.

I think you have the pictures labeled wrong. The first two are your intakes (Test Port 2I), with the top page after porting and the bottom page before. The second two are the exhausts (Test Port 2E) in the same order.

ya, thats what I ment.

Looks like someone 1st time working on that head, don't mean that in a negative way. But an observation on how the port is shaped. And how you will tend to grind it, on for what easy/comfortable with the grinder. Where is the finished pics?
