Texas Members - black z06 at splash and dash garland tx

Anybody know this guy he owns the splash and dash carwash on plano rd and walnut st. He told me the car has 700 HP but when i asked him the mods he wouldn't tell me.

must be related to the guy I see at the airport all the time with a Silver C5 that says Thrasher 700 on the fenders, I asked what that was about one day and he said it's a Thrasher 700hp package but yet wouldn't tell me what it consisted of or who did it..
