New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - what hos is this and what does it belong to?

Hey everyone, well I just got a new to me 98 firebird formula, and from what i hear there were only 26 bpm formulas made in 98. anyways Iv been doing alot of work on it due to the po's negligence, and I came up to this hos im not sure what its for, Iv tried searching for it but came out dry. Anyone got any input?
Edit its the one thats full of oil behind the two big ones. I believe its connected nxt to the coilpacks

Could be part of the PCV system.

i traced it and it goes connected to this tube on the passangers side

its the PCV hose...it Ys in the back where you cant see it
