Bottle fed or Boost fed???
I am trying to figure out the best build for my LS1 Bird. I either want a great N/A motor for the street but when I get to the strip I want to scream. Or possible go with either a rear mount turbo or a supercharger.
Any advise or tips will be greatly appreciated. Need some help deciding.

I went from na to (na with bottle) to (boost) to soon to be boost with bottle! Personally I loved the bottle but I felt that every time I filled a bottle Im just borrowing hp. I felt likely it was a waste of money. Plus once you've felt what your car is like on the bottle you will always want that feeling. I'd say if you can afford it go boost. To do a boost setup right it won't be real cheap so be prepared

I've been doing this a very long time.
I just switched to a F3R because I'm sick of the damn bottles.
The added dangers of the round maintenance, the added wear & tear on the engine.
Now obviously I'm 1000+ more HP then you're probably talking about, but the boost combo is perfect for your application.
If you have E-85 in the area, it's a no brainer.
You can literally cruise around with a cooler running, more powerful combo
and never need to fill, replace, heat, or worry about a bottle!!
A guy down the street drives a 8 second mustang to work everyday.
When he goes to the track, he types something into the computer and goes like hell.
Get's home, types in something else and drives anywhere & everywhere without a care in the world!!
Good luck and hang on!!

The turbo's have some definite advantages, especially on street applications.
Easier to get traction being a biggie!!
I bracket race, and a 2000 HP turbo combination is not going to be as easy to run a dial in,
as a blower combo is, so I went blown injected alcohol.
Once dialed in, I should be able to hit the number pretty damn close every pass.
You really should pick a class or series and that will help you decide.
