Wheels & Tires - Boyd wheels torque thrust wheels

I have 98 TA and want new rims and tires.
17-9 or 9.5 up front and
17-11 in the rear
What backspacing etc tire size etc do I need.
Boyd smoothies love these or torque thrust 2's. Can some one tell me where I can get the full tire wheel package, dont even want to mount them? BFG's up front and Nitto drag radials in the back.

How do you think they will look on a green car??? Chapane blue green or whatever its called. Was hopping for polished.
