Need to make some horsepower, whata I do Hey guys, I need to make some more horsepower on a 2002 WS6. What can I expect to get out of a Head/Cam package? Recommend anything?

First suggestion is to use the search function. There are hundreds of topics discussing that.
Otherwise, it depends on what you are wanting to do, what your budget is, and what your goals are.
Easy answer, low to mid 400s...probably in the 420-430rwhp range.
