Manual Transmission - EASY T56 clutch fork and throwout bearing questions

These may seem like really stupid or simple questions, but I just want to be sure I know how this is going back together before I just try to put it back together.

Is this how the fork sits on the pivot?

Or is it supposed to be like this:

Is the fork supposed to be in the throwout bearing like this?

and put a small amount of high temp grease on pivot for fork and on input shaft splines

and when installed it should look like pic
