Hey guys,I gotta question for you...
I got a 03 LQ4,this is gonna be going into a project my goals are

1.Dependability to DD it
2.400-430rwhp

I already have the patriot heads.I'm also going to be running a Comp 224/230 cam.If I stay with the Patriots I will be doing LS6 intake.If I go LS3 heads then obviously I will be doing LS3 intake.

What head/intake combo will get me to my goals faster and still havea reliable DD?

For that cam is better cathedral heads, so stay with patriots and get an LS6 intake, that way you save some money for other mods and still reach your rwhp goal.

The LS3 heads are superior over the 5.3 heads even in CNC ported form. Have you seen LS3 heads??? No comparison really. The larger bore would appreciate the 6.2 ltr heads. Like said though, if you already have the 5.3 heads, probably in the best budget interest to keep them. I would sell them personally and buy some stocker LS3 heads.

Thanks for the input so far guys.
Ive done a bit of searching...LS3 complete heads go for about 500 and used Patriots go for 800.

Ive done alot of searching in regards of using my LS1 harness,since LS1 and LQ4s are 24x reluctor wheel..

i can use my LS1 harness right?
I just need to buy the injector adaptors and MAP sensor extension right?
Anything else that i missed?
