Default Cam Bolts, Anti-Sieze or Loc-tite?

Bolts such as the cam retaining plate, timing chain gear, cover etc. You guys use Loc-tite or Anti-Sieze because its going into aluminum?

Use Loctite, you don't need to use the red, blue is fine.
The outer cover doesn't need neither one.
