I just ordered a transmission :), and I was wondering what else I should replace for "preventative maintenance" when I swap the transmission out. I know I'll be replacing my rear-main seal because it's started to leak, but what else?

when i did a tranny swap i did replace the flexplate and put in a new 3600 stall. Not sure if your an M6 or A4. the little things to help out though

What to what are you swapping?
A4 to m6? Or vice versa?
A4 to m6 youll need the flywheel, clutch, hydrolics, cut the hole in the trans tunnel, crossmember and the transmission!
m6 to a4 youll need the flexplate, pcm tuned for it, linkage, shifter, crossmember(not sure if they are interchangeable, and then the trans.
if anyone can spot something i missed please include it
