Default Advice converting from '98 to LS6 Heads.

I'm getting ready to put some sweet LS6 heads on my '98 Trans Am. I'm just wondering what I'm gonna come across that's gonna force me to make midday parts runs. Will my PCV system work ok, or do I HAVE to do the PCV mod. I'm expecting I have to buy new valve covers, and coil pack rails. I've got a LS6 intake to put on, but do I have to have the coolant lines that came off the LS6 too, or will my LS1 coolant lines work ( I have the coolant bypass anyway). Any other suprises I should be ready for?

I'm not sure on the 98 to LS6 conversion, but you can usually get them pretty cheap from Valvegod@aol.com. SMC Performance.
