Yea I think thats just about all of lights, no cat is the check engine light and aftermarket wheels is the tire pressure sensor light... and then I had the traction control off too, yet another light haha.

Any recommendations on the cooler? Its a pretty straight forward install too right? Jus tap into the trans pan and run the lines to the cooler?

Put it like this, get the biggest one you can put under there. A transmission shop would normally install it for like 100 dollars.

I haven't looked too closely at the LS4, as I didn't install my trans cooler yet.... but the way I had it on my L67, I removed the trans lines from the radiator and double-clamped the flared ends to hoses going to my trans cooler, which was mounted in front of the radiator. Doing it that way keeps the trans fluid away from the hot coolant going through the radiator and isolates it in its own cooler.
Some may not agree with it, as there are a couple drawbacks.... i.e., in cooler temps (winter), it takes longer to heat the trans fluid up. Cool fluid is good, but too cold is not.
2nd drawback, is now you have hoses/hose connections that can fail and your trans would be toast by the time you realized you have a major leak.

I never had a trans issue with that car over the 5+ years I owned it as a DD...and it was probably mid-high 12sec power (13.1 @ 108 with a shitty 2.2 60' on winter tires) for most of those years.

Thats seems like a good way to do it.. I live in GA so I dont really have to worry about winter months. Thanks im gonna check into that..
