Hey guys, just curious what you guys run for summer/sticky tires.
I did a 0-60 time of 6.1 the other day and had some mayjor wheel spin. I'm guessing I could do close to 4.5 if I could get traction. I have 18 x 9.5" wheels wrapped in 275/35/18 nitto invo's. I've heard good things about nitto NT05's, I was looking at Mickey Thompson ET ll's (street able drags)

What do you guys think?

I'm running M/T 26x12 Sportsman S/Rs in the rear...have not had a chance to really beat on them yet, as the weather has been crap. In the cold/rain, it's pointless to try to hammer on it....plus I hate driving the fbody in the rain. The Miata has been an exercise in spending money on different springs (already has killer coilovers), but it seems to be pretty decent now....for what it is. I run (of all things) BFG KDWs on that car, and it does surprisingly well for a narrower tire. Keep in mind that playing with tire pressures and (if you have the funds) different spring rates and shock damping rates will have a BIG effect on how the car hooks up. Sometimes, it comes down to trying all of the above to get to what works best for your car and the way you drive it.

Same compound, different tread design. I'd go with those if they had them for my 18's

I've heard those aren't that great either. They vibrate and take a while to warm up.
