They are Precision Turbo (PTE) 6076E turbochargers. Here are the specs:
• 59mm inducer compressor wheel
•"E" compressor cover 3.0" inlet/2.0" outlet
• P trim turbine wheel
• T4 Tangential .68 with 3 5/8" V-Band discharge
• 360° journal bearing system
They are about a year old, but have only been run on the car for ~30 minutes (was testing a design and decided to go in a different direction). The center housing and turbine were sprayed with 2000* ceramic paint to keep them from getting any surface rust and looking ugly. They do include 4 AN feed and 10 AN drain adapters as well.
These are basically BRAND new turbochargers, and sell for 600/each + shipping new.
Price is 425/per or 800 for both, plus shipping. Would also trade for a Turbonetics TC76/TC78 or a Precision 76GTS in good/excellent condition.

As you can see the wheels are absolutely perfect. There is 0 shaft play and everything is in excellent condition.
