Throttle body bypass question

Throttle body bypass question Is there any reason not just to plug both the tube coming off the engine and the nipple on the radiator? I suspect there is no additional cooling in this line and it is just there for the throttle body. Does anyone make plugs to go in the heads where the metal tubes connect??
